Why Try Psychedelic Therapy?
Studies show that assisted psychedelic therapy can help with mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD , especially for those who do not experience the effects of traditional treatment, i.e. experience treatment-resistant conditions. By using psychedelics such as psilocybin and MDMA, patients can gain new perspectives, break negative thought patterns, and process repressed emotions.
Psychedelics can also be a helpful tool if you feel "stuck" in one or more areas of your life. Perhaps there are some relational patterns that repeat themselves or you unconsciously self-sabotage when things are going well? Studies show that psychedelic therapy can have long-lasting and positive effects after just one or a few sessions.

What do I do?
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for those who wish to explore their inner selves with the help of psychedelic tools. After ten years of my own and others' experiences, I have seen how deeply transformative and healing these experiences can be.
Research clearly shows that psychedelic-assisted therapy can be one of the most effective methods available in psychotherapy. But until psilocybin and MDMA become approved drugs again as they once were, I want to be a safe supporter for those of you who have already chosen to explore this on your own.
I offer assisted psychedelic guidance and individual support for clients in Stavanger, Sandnes, Haugesund and the rest of Rogaland. My goal is to help you navigate your journey in a conscious, responsible and meaningful way; so that you can get the most out of your experience.

"These medicines are tools. They open the door to parts of ourselves that are often closed off."

Qualifications
I have gained a deep and experiential understanding of psychedelic processes and associated therapeutic work – through studies, courses, mentoring others , and my own experiences. Among other things, I have:
10+ years of experience with psychedelic work and integration
Course in facilitation and support for MDMA assisted processes
Course in microdosing and therapeutic application
Psychedelic Integration Coaching Certification
Training in ceremonial settings and guidance in psychedelic processes
In addition, I have previously worked in an acute psychiatric drug addiction department at SUS.
At the same time, I don't think numbers and titles alone say the most important thing. What really matters in this kind of work is how it feels to you. Does it resonate? Does it feel safe?
The relationship between us – contact, trust and security – is the foundation for all further work. The best starting point is to talk together so you can feel if it feels right for you.
