SERVICES/PRICES
You have made a choice and decided to take control of your life. Maybe this is something you have been thinking about for a long time, maybe you have tried different methods, therapies and tools to feel better about yourself, but are not experiencing long-term effects.
Or maybe you're just curious about what a psychedelic experience in a safe environment can do for you on a personal development level. Whatever your reason for embarking on this journey, you're in safe hands.
Approximately half of Norway's population is affected by mental illness during the
life and unfortunately, many people do not experience improvement from traditional methods such as talk therapy and medicine.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy has been researched since the 1960s and shows good results. I myself have experienced getting my life back after psychedelic therapy. That is why I am truly passionate about ensuring that as many people as possible who suffer from it can use psychedelics to help themselves to a better life.
HOW THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS WORKS
PHASE 1: Preparation
Good preparation is an important element in order for you to get the most out of the experience. Make an appointment for a non-binding consultation through the contact form. In this conversation we will get to know each other a little better and get a feel for chemistry and motivation.
If you decide to proceed after this conversation, we will set up 1 to 2 preparation conversations where we will go over the purpose, i.e. your intention in choosing psychedelic therapy, what you want to get out of it, what challenges you are facing in your life and to answer any questions you have about the experience. We will arrange a time and place for the treatment.
You will also be asked to answer a number of questions in a questionnaire. This is to assess whether you are suitable to undergo psychedelic therapy and whether it is the best thing for you at this time. The most important thing for me is that you feel safe, cared for and get the most benefit from any treatment.
I would also recommend that you reflect on yourself by writing in a journal, meditating and perhaps doing a physical cleanse beforehand so that you prepare your body both mentally, emotionally and physically. This is of course optional, but I can give you some protocols on what foods you should eat and avoid a week before the treatment for best results.

PHASE 2: Psychedelic session
During the session itself, you wear an eye mask, headphones with a music playlist designed specifically for psychedelic therapy, while you lie comfortably. An introspective approach is encouraged, meaning you focus as much inward as possible.
A therapeutic dose of MDMA or psilocybin lasts approximately 4-6 hours. I sit next to you and support you through the process either by holding your hand, reassuring you with soothing words and conversation, or just being present.
My role is to create and maintain a safe and supportive space through compassion and active listening. I do not abandon you or ask you to leave until you feel ready and completely safe.
You have the option to cancel your treatment up to three days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled time.
PHASE 3: Finishing work
A psychedelic experience will often give you insights and awaken a lot of emotions and sensory impressions. Sometimes things get worse before they get better, when this comes to the surface. The days after treatment can feel a little "skinless", so it is important that you have set aside time in advance to process the experience and that you do not have too many things on the agenda. Calm, nature, meditation, reflection and journaling are the keywords for the days that follow.
The first 2-4 weeks after treatment are a unique opportunity to create new brain pathways, as neuroplasticity in the brain increases.
The result is increased flexibility in the brain, which can help break out of stuck patterns of thought and behavior. Being aware of subtle changes in thought patterns and reactions can amplify and prolong the effect of the experience, and make it easier to build on the insights in everyday life.
These weeks after treatment provide you with a unique opportunity to let go of old patterns and open up to nourishing changes in your life. It can be very beneficial to give yourself time to rest and to feel how your body and mind take in and process the new experiences.
Many people still experience a sensitivity to sensory input and an increased receptivity to their surroundings, and this sensitivity can be a valuable resource for further growth. Read this blog post about how psychedelics change your brain for the better.
I support you in this integration process, so that you can gain clarity about what the experience means to you and how you can use the lessons in a meaningful way in your life. After treatment, I will tailor an integration plan tailored to you and your intention, to increase the chance of a more sustained and long-lasting effect.

PHASE 4: Repetition
While we would all prefer a "quick fix" and be cured of our ailments after just one treatment, you may need multiple sessions. Some people experience significant improvement in symptoms after just one treatment, while others may need one or two more sessions for more lasting results.
Repeated psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions can be important for achieving long-term results and deeper insights. While a single session can offer significant benefits, such as increased self-awareness, emotional processing, and reduced anxiety or depression, multiple sessions can help you better integrate the experiences into your daily life. Repeated treatments can help you process multiple layers of underlying trauma or challenges.
This is entirely up to the individual and what feels best and right for them. After a month I will check in to hear how you are doing and if you need more treatments.
